Being the founder of the Firm and as a true leader, Mr. Benny Joseph leads the Team of well qualified, competent and experienced advocates who are working with the Firm to provide proficient, proactive and dedicated professional services to its clients and offering unrivalled depth of legal resources across the key markets of all over India and abroad. He has been practising law since 1993, has a rich, diverse and successful career in the legal profession. He has represented clients from across the globe before all judicial authorities, right from the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, State High Courts, District & Sessions Court and other Subordinate Courts, other Courts in India including Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, National Tribunal, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT), Company Law Board (CLB), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), Consumer Forums and other judicial and quasi-judicial authorities. He has a very vast experience in all kinds of litigation and vast experience in corporate work over two decades. Merger and Acquisition, Foreign Direct Investment and Arbitration are his core areas. He is an eminent Counsel and his skills in drafting and conveyance are at finesse. He heads, manages and controls the entire team with discipline, values and professionalism. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.

Designated Partner He has been practising as an Advocate since 2009. He enjoys the unique distinction of having practised litigation in almost all areas of law including criminal law (especially white collar crimes), commercial law, cyber law, general civil law, arbitration, banking law, consumer protection, etc. Aniruddha has extensive experience in conducting trials and leading evidence both in civil and criminal proceedings. He takes care of all litigation matters before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay for and behalf of the Firm.
